REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

As of January 2024, there is a notable policy change at Sayyida Collection, emphasizing a 5 DAY EXCHANGE policy. It is crucial to be attentive to this adjustment, as it means that once a purchase is made, it can be exchanged within the time frame of 5 days Only.

Additionally, there is a no-exchange policy in place for specific items, including hijabs (shawls and scarves), all hair accessories (including under caps), pins, jewellery, ninja caps, kaftans, dubai style abayas, specialty dresses.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
